Returns

Because our art prints are produced to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

This policy helps us maintain high production standards and avoid unnecessary waste.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.

Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Made‑to‑order art prints

  • Custom or special orders

  • Digital downloads

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If an item is eligible for return due to damage or defect, the fastest solution is usually a replacement once the issue has been approved.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Please note that this right does not apply to:

  • Made‑to‑order items

  • Custom products

  • Digital downloads

  • Sale items

Refunds

Once an issue has been approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
