Our prints are made with high-quality archival paper and genuine inks for vibrant colors, sharp detail, and long-lasting durability.
To maintain quality and vibrancy:
- Frame with UV-protective glass or acrylic
- Keep away from direct sunlight and moisture
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- United States & Canada: Free tracked shipping.
  - USA: 2–6 business days (USPS Ground Advantage)
  - Canada: 3–10 business days
- Other countries: $15 for the first item, plus $5 for each additional item.

All Newpencilbox art prints are produced to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
